Job Description
- Team Management
Oversee daily operations, provide guidance to team members, and ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
- Product Knowledge
Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to support accurate monitoring, assessment, and investigation.
- Transaction Monitoring
Review financial transactions to detect unusual or suspicious patterns that may indicate risks or fraudulent activity.
- Training for Team Members Detection/Investigation
Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities in identifying and investigating suspicious activities.
- Risk Rule Creation/Modification
Develop and update rules for detecting potential risks or fraudulent behaviour in financial transactions.
- LEA Liaising
Coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies by providing case-related information and supporting ongoing investigations.
- Investigation Field/Remote
Carry out both on-site and remote investigations to gather critical information and resolve cases effectively.
- Data Management
Organize, maintain, and analyse data to support monitoring, reporting, and decision-making processes .
- Monthly Dashboards
Compile and present key performance metrics and insights in monthly dashboards for management review.
- FIU RFI Reports & STR Filing
Monitor requests from the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and ensure the timely filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).
- Peer Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-department peers to share insights, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
