- Client relationship management
- Conducting compliance planning for clients to meet the compliance obligations as per statute
- Representing clients at Departments/ Appellate
- Providing advice on corporate laws and regulations
- Adhering to clients’ corporate laws compliance timelines as per statute
- Leading and managing engagements in the field of corporate laws for clients
- Coaching / developing junior members on the concepts of corporate laws
- Attend external training and keep updated with the latest developments
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good commercial awareness
