Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant HR Manager to manage the end-to-end Human Resources function for our Solar EPC organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and policy implementation. The role requires strong coordination with project sites, office teams, and management.

Required Qualifications
- Required Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS systems, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
