Assistant Floor Manager Trainee - Playaza Entertainments

Job Summary:

Playaza Entertainments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff at our entertainment facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store or facility management and be capable of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the entertainment floor.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and safety.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the facility.
• Prepare daily reports and assist in budgeting and cost control.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in store/facility management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
• Male candidates preferred.
