Role & responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of residential projects and common areas.
Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of lobbies, clubhouses, parking areas, gardens, lifts, amenities, and other common facilities.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Monitor housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, and other facility services
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, pumps, STP/WTP, fire-fighting systems, lifts, and other MEP equipment.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely closure of breakdowns.
Coordinate with technical teams and external agencies for repairs and maintenance.
Monitor utility consumption such as electricity, diesel, water, and other resources
Coordinate with facility management vendors and service contractors.
Supervise housekeeping standards across common areas.
Ensure proper deployment and performance of security personnel.
Monitor access control, visitor management, CCTV, security systems, and incident reporting.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and pest-control standards
