Assistant Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

We need an Assistant Electrical Engineer to support and manage electrical projects, maintenance, and day-to-day electrical operations across the campus.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring preventive and breakdown maintenance, and maintaining uninterrupted power supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, construction, renovation, and maintenance works.
• Monitor HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, VCBs, and other electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, measurements, reports, and verify contractor bills.
• Ensure electrical safety, statutory compliance, and timely breakdown resolution.
• Support electrical arrangements for university events, examinations, and programs.
• Maintain electrical records, inventory, and maintenance documentation.
