Assistant Architect

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Architect to join our architecture team.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, knowledge of Mumbai building regulations, and experience in preparing architectural drawings and project documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal Architect in proposal submissions and client presentations.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and GFC drawings.
• Support concept design and design development for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project consultants.
• Ensure compliance with Mumbai DCPR, MCGM, and SRA regulations.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Prepare BOQs, project documentation, and material specifications.
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during execution.
• Maintain project records and technical documentation.
