- Person has to manage Inbound or Outbound calls
- Following process quality parameters
- To work in rotating shift as per business requirement
- Handling Inbound calls or Outbound calls
- Prior experience of Inbound or outbound process
- Adherence of quality parameters
- Achieving SLA targets
- Good communication skills
- Automobile industry background will be added advantage
- Ready to work in Rotational shifts
- Must be a Graduate
