Manage the end-to-end process of publishing digital and physical assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to gather and organize assets for publication
Develop and maintain an organized and accessible asset library, including digital images, videos, documents, and other media types
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand asset requirements for various channels and campaigns
Coordinate the scheduling and release of assets based on content calendars and marketing initiatives
Ensure assets are properly tagged, categorized, and metadata is applied for efficient search and retrieval
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to acquire, review, and publish assets as needed
Monitor and report on asset performance, engagement, and usage metrics
Provide support and training to internal teams on asset usage, best practices, and guidelines
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to asset management and publishing
