Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Aerospace Assembly Fitter to assemble precision aerospace components and sub-assemblies as per engineering drawings and work instructions. The candidate should have experience in mechanical assembly, precision fitting, and the use of measuring instruments while ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble aerospace components, fixtures, and sub-assemblies as per engineering drawings and assembly procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and BOMs.
• Perform precision fitting, alignment, drilling, tapping, fastening, and torque tightening.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments.
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality requirements are met.
• Report assembly issues and coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for resolution.
• Follow AS9100 quality requirements, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
• Maintain assembly records and ensure proper handling of aerospace components.
