looking for someone who wants to own SEO and ASO like a founder owns a product. If you're excited by

make that happen.

We're looking for a Senior SEO & ASO Specialist who wants to build, experiment, and own organic growth across
both our website and mobile apps. This isn't a role focused on execution alone it's an opportunity to define
strategy, influence product decisions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

What You Own
ASO (App Growth)
Own the end-to-end ASO strategy across Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and other relevant app
distribution platforms as required.

Improve app discoverability, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and organic installs.
Optimize metadata, creatives, screenshots, videos, icons, and localization strategies.
Design and execute continuous A/B experiments to improve store conversion.
Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively.
SEO (Web Growth)

Own the complete SEO roadmap across Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Content SEO.
Build and scale a high-performing keyword and content ecosystem.
Improve keyword rankings, search visibility, organic traffic, and website conversions.
Identify technical SEO opportunities and work closely with Engineering to implement them.
Develop scalable content strategies aligned with user intent and business objectives.
Growth & Experimentation

Build a culture of continuous experimentation across SEO and ASO.
Identify quick wins while developing long-term growth initiatives.
Improve CTR, conversion rates, engagement, and user acquisition through structured testing.
Stay ahead of industry trends including AI Search, Google AI Overviews, App Store algorithm changes,
and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Technical Ownership
You'll collaborate with Engineering teams to:

Improve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture.
Optimize Core Web Vitals and page performance.
Implement structured data and schema markup.


Validate implementation of technical SEO initiatives.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues impacting organic growth.
Translate technical findings into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
Competitive Intelligence

Monitor competitors across SEO and ASO.
Benchmark best practices within fintech and adjacent industries.
Identify emerging trends, keyword opportunities, and content gaps.
Continuously refine strategies based on algorithm updates and market changes.
What We Are Looking For
We're looking for someone who has personally owned and delivered measurable organic growthnot
someone who has simply supported SEO initiatives.
You should have:

3+ years of hands-on experience across both SEO and ASO (mandatory).
Demonstrated success improving rankings, traffic, installs, and conversions.

Strong expertise in:
Technical SEO
Content Strategy
On-page & Off-page SEO
ASO Ranking Factors
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, AppsFlyer, SEMrush/Ahrefs, AppFollow, and
related tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with Product, Engineering, Content, Design, and Marketing
stakeholders.

Experience driving organic growth for fintech, app-first products, consumer internet platforms, or
other high-growth digital businesses is highly preferred.
