As400 Developer

Role & responsibilities

• 2 to 7 years exp, Extensive Knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE which also means working knowledge of modular programming in ILE-RPG including Modules, Service Programs etc.
• Appreciation and knowledge of effort estimation, Unit Testing.
• Understanding in DB2 Database and ability to write SQL queries.
• .Should be experienced in writing comprehensive Unit Test Cases / Plans. Able to execute & coordinate SIT & UAT with other vendors and Project Implementation.
• Knowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of development
• Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs.
• Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies
• StrongProblem-solvingskills.
• Should have good English communication and experience in multi culture work environment.
