Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Designing and planning network access control policies using Aruba ClearPass.
• Architectural integration with Aruba ClearPass, Okta, and Radius.
• Integrating ClearPass with existing network infrastructure, such as switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
• Strong Knowledge with ClearPass TACACS, Onboard, Guest and OnGuard policy features.
• Configuring and testing policies for user and device authentication.
• Familiarity with network protocols and technologies such as RADIUS, LDAP, 802.1X, and AAA.
• Good understanding of Linux and SQL Server concepts.
• In depth knowledge of security and networking standards, computing layers and protocol layers.
• Proactive about risk assessment and threat modeling including advanced threats and countermeasures.
• Collaborating with other IT teams, including network engineers, security teams, and system administrators.
• Experience in implementing Information Security technologies and documenting the firewall management processes, procedures required.
• Should have good customer handling skills.
• Sound knowledge of firewall management tools preferred Panorama, Forti manager etc.
• Experience on ticketing tools like Service Now, HPSM, incident management, problem management and change management concept.
• Good Knowledge Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls in HA mode and hand on experience is good to have skills.
• Assist in policy management, patch management, vulnerability management and vendor management activities.
• General knowledge of networking concept.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.

Certifications:

Aruba certifications (ACMA, AWMP, ACCP, ACMP, ACCX) are often preferred
