At Alpha AI Company, we're opening applications for our STAP (Student Talent Acquiring Program) an internship initiative designed to discover, train, and hire high-potential individuals who may not have traditional qualifications, technical backgrounds, or prior industry experience.

Our 4-Level Evaluation Process

Level 1 AI Masterclass

Candidates begin with our introductory AI Masterclass, where they learn the fundamentals of modern artificial intelligence and gain exposure to the technologies shaping the future.

Level 2 Complete AI Training Program

Participants undergo structured AI training covering practical concepts, tools, workflows, and problem-solving methodologies used in modern AI development.

Level 3 Assessment Round

Candidates complete:

* Level-3A 10-minute Rapid Evaluation

* Level-3B 90-minute Aptitude and Problem-Solving Assessment

This stage evaluates:

* Learning ability

* Analytical thinking

* Adaptability

* Pattern recognition

* Logical reasoning

* Problem-solving skills

Level 4 HR & Culture Round

Successful candidates will be invited to Pune for an in-person HR and culture-fit interview.
