Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven AI Intern to lead and execute AI-focused projects that enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and business intelligence. This is a high-impact role that
combines strategic thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on implementation.
The intern will work cross - functionally with HR, Manufacturing, IT, and other key departments to explore, pilot and scale AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end AI projects aligned with business priorities from problem identification to implementation and monitoring.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and identify AI/ML use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, chatbots, process automation, generative AI).
Analyze business data to derive insights and recommend AI-driven interventions.
Document project progress and create user manuals
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, LLMs, and common frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI tools or platforms (e.g., Power Automate, ChatGPT, MS Copilot).
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Python/R).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML or digital transformation.
Ability to translate technical solutions into simple business narratives.
