Role: Senior / Lead AI Engineer

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad , Chennai,
Experience: 5+ years in AI/GenAI

What Youll Do:

• Build & deploy LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions
• Design and lead multi-agent systems
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines
• Optimize AI models for performance and scalability
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms, APIs, and backend systems
• Drive CI/CD deployments and AI engineering best practices
• Ensure AI governance, ethics, and AgentOps

Skills Were Looking For:

• Strong Python expertise
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph
• Hands-on with enterprise AI frameworks like AgentBricks, AWS AgentCore, Microsoft Foundry, Gemini Agent Studio, Snowflake Cortex Agents
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock, Databricks Mosaic AI, Microsoft Foundry, Gemini Enterprise, Snowflake Cortex
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have:

• Background in Data Engineering / Data Science
• Experience working on data-driven projects (2+ years)

Soft Skills Matter:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive delivery
