Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Experience: 3 to 8 Years | Location: Pune | Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days

About the Role

We're looking for an AI Engineer to unlock AI's potential across the organization by rapidly delivering business-driven AI solutions integrating existing cloud AI models and APIs rather than building new algorithms. You'll design digital agents and pragmatic, secure, maintainable AI solutions that drive real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver business-driven AI solutions by integrating cloud AI models/APIs into microservices and workflows
• Translate business goals into technically feasible AI solutions, working with data scientists, architects, and full-stack engineers
• Design, deploy, and monitor intelligent agents for automation and personalization
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps)
• Maintain documentation (API references, runbooks, architecture diagrams) and conduct demos/training
• Ensure AI solutions comply with responsible AI standards

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with GCP (Vertex AI, Document AI, BigQuery ML) OR Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services)
• Strong knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI) and prompt/context engineering
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (mandatory)
• Understanding of microservices architecture (API-driven, event-driven patterns)
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, Semantic Kernel)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms
• Excellent English communication and structured problem-solving skills
