Artificial Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI systems that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for data ingestion, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
• Deploy AI/ML models into production using cloud platforms and ML Ops practices.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning.
• Ensure adherence to data security, governance, and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and software development best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI development (adjust as needed).
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with Spark, Databricks, and big data technologies.
