Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Python-based AI application development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing and building enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered applications using Python
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Develop vector embedding, semantic search, and metadata-based ranking capabilities
• Create AI-driven metadata generation and content enrichment solutions
• Develop scalable Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI Services
• Implement intelligent agent workflows and multi-agent architectures
• Optimize prompts, model performance, orchestration frameworks, and AI workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience building RAG-based solutions
• Azure OpenAI Services
• Vector Databases and Embedding Models
• Semantic Search and AI Metadata Generation
• Prompt Engineering and Agent Orchestration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing enterprise AI Assistants, Copilots, and Automation Solutions
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures
• Excellent problem-solving and software engineering skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
