Job Description
- Mandatory skills Arista Networking Desired skills The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Arista Networks with hands-on experience in Spine Leaf architectures, MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF
- They must possess at least 3 years of TAC and technical support experience in the networking domain, including packet level troubleshooting, upgrades, switch induction, hardening, and coordination with Arista TAC
- Proficiency in automation using Arista APIs, network audits, documentation (HLD/LLD), and regular reporting is essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, timely task execution, and the ability to work in shift based and banking hours are also required
