ARIS SME (ARIS Business Process Management Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ARIS SME with 4-6 years of expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process modeling, and governance using the ARIS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining business processes while supporting enterprise process management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain business process models using the ARIS platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather process requirements and map end-to-end workflows.
• Support process standardization, optimization, and governance initiatives.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage ARIS repositories, conventions, templates, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with process management standards and best practices.
• Create process documentation, SOPs, process maps, and related artifacts.
• Support process audits and governance reviews.
• Provide end-user training and support for ARIS tools and methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ARIS Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Process Modeling.
• Hands-on expertise in BPMN, EPC, Value Chain Diagrams, and Process Architecture.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
• Experience managing ARIS repositories and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of process documentation standards.
• Proficiency in process analysis and optimization techniques.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards within ARIS.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Process Mining tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with SAP process documentation using ARIS.
• Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• ARIS certification is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
