Area Sales Manager - Small Ticket LAP

Location Rohtak, Sonipat, Bahadurgarh, Gohana & nearby region

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth for Loan Against Property (Small LAP) products. The role involves managing multiple branches, developing channel partnerships, sourcing quality business, and achieving disbursement targets within the assigned territory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Relationship Manager to achieve monthly targets for Loan Against Property Small Ticket.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners such as DSA's (Direct Sales Agents) and Connector in assigned territory to drive business growth and source Small LAP cases through a team of BSMs & DST`s.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Responsible for achieving team targets and sales volume

Job Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in Affordable LAP industry with expertise in handling ticket size upto 50 Lacs.
• He must having experience of handling multiple branches & team size of 15 to 25 DST`s / BSM`s
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders including DSA's, Connectors and open market.
