Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

• Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the region
• Expand market presence and onboard new projects
• Track market trends and competitive activity

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance
• Hire, train, and retain top sales talent

Operations & Execution

• Ensure CRM adoption and sales process efficiency
• Liaise closely with Developer Sales, CRM, and Sourcing teams
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Customer Experience

• Champion transparent, customer-first sales practices
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth deal closures

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in Direct Sales or Real Estate Sales
• 2+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong track record of team management and target achievement
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
