Role & responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) __ LAP acts as a Area leader for the Loan Against Property vertical. This role focuses on expanding customer acquisition, and other channels, and ensuring smooth loan processing while meeting compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly LAP disbursement goals.
• Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.

Skills & Qualifications --

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 08-12 years in retail lending, preferably in LAP or mortgage sales.

• Relationship management with DSAs and customers
• Analytical ability to assess creditworthiness
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
