Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- Lead and manage primary and secondary sales operations within the assigned territory.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability using optimal product mix with Distributors/trade processors/sub-dealers.
- Expand and strengthen the channel network to ensuring maximum reach and depth.
- Identify and implement new revenue opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Responsible for overall sales turnover, customer experience, and stakeholder relationships in the unit.
- Deliver on key performance indicators to build a preferred network of channel partners and enhance brand value.
- Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels to ensure customer experience for retention.
- Handle receivable management to ensure accuracy and timely recovery.
- Scout for opportunities to reach end consumers through cost-effective channels to increase business by driving secondary and tertiary sales
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences to support strategic planning and implement market insights
- Support brand-building initiatives and promotional activities to increase market visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
