Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth, expand customer base, and maintain market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products/services.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements :

  • 7-13 years of experience in channel sales, secondary sales, or territory sales in the building material industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to develop targeted sales plans accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
