Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
• Lead and manage primary and secondary sales operations within the assigned territory.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability using optimal product mix with Distributors/trade processors/sub-dealers.
• Expand and strengthen the channel network to ensuring maximum reach and depth.
• Identify and implement new revenue opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Responsible for overall sales turnover, customer experience, and stakeholder relationships in the unit.
• Deliver on key performance indicators to build a preferred network of channel partners and enhance brand value.
• Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels to ensure customer experience for retention.
• Handle receivable management to ensure accuracy and timely recovery.
• Scout for opportunities to reach end consumers through cost-effective channels to increase business by driving secondary and tertiary sales
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences to support strategic planning and implement market insights
• Support brand-building initiatives and promotional activities to increase market visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.

ACTIVITIES AND END-PURPOSES:
• Oversee channel sales operations through Wholesalers/Distributors/ Trade processors and Sub-dealer network in the assigned territory, contributing significantly to overall business revenue.
• Drive sales turnover while ensuring superior customer experience and strong stakeholder relationships across the territory.
• Deliver the key performance indicators to build preferred loyal network of influencers and enhance brand equity.
• Identify and activate new streams of revenue generation to support business growth.
• Expand the wholesalers, distributors and trade processors to strengthen market presence and reach.
• Engage customers at all levels to foster long-term relationships and achieve service revenue targets.
• Manage receivables effectively by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Analyze competitor offerings and continuously elevate customer experience standards to maintain a competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Full-time graduate degree is required with MBA preferred. Candidates with 7-12 years of channel sales experience, especially in the construction and building materials industry, are strongly encouraged to apply.
