Job Summary:
A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of the company's revenue.
Strategic responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and Industry trends. Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company goals. Identify and prioritize target markets and sectors.
Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with other organizations to enhance business growth. Work closely with partners to develop joint business strategies.
Financial responsibilities: Manage budget related to business development activities. Monitor and report on financial performance, including ROI on business development initiatives.
Sales Revenue Growth: Develop and manage pipelines to meet and exceed sales targets.
Operational Responsibilities: Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. Use data and analytics to measure the success of business development strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
People responsibilities: Client Acquisition Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive new business. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion.
