Area Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our FOFO stores across Delhi/NCR and Punjab. The role involves ensuring smooth store operations, driving business performance, maintaining brand standards, managing franchise relationships, and leading operational readiness for new store openings.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of FOFO stores across the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor sales, customer experience, inventory, and store performance.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and provide operational support.
• Lead end-to-end operational activities for new store openings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful store launches.
• Conduct store audits, business reviews, and implement improvement plans.
• Train and support store teams to enhance operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• 58 years of experience in retail operations with exposure to store operations management.
• Experience in managing multi-store operations and new store openings.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR and Punjab.
