Area Legal Manager

• Strong experience in Business Legal matters with a focus on property and mortgage transactions .
• Vetting and verification of original property documents to ensure clear and marketable title.
• Preparation and review of Title Search Reports (TSR) and related legal due diligence.

• Well-versed with relevant laws including:
  • Transfer of Property Act
  • Registration Act
  • Indian Contract Act
  • Other applicable local building laws, mortgage, and property-related regulations .
• Ensure compliance with State-specific property laws and government regulations.

• Empanelment, coordination, and performance management of external lawyers and legal firms.
• Liaison with external counsel for drafting, vetting, and execution of legal documents.

• Oversight of Re-sale transactions , Mortgage Deed Execution , Equitable Mortgage , and Drafting/Vetting of Legal Documents .
