Job Description
- Legal Professional having handled the areas of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu andrespective Expansion Locations wrt Legal Compliance and Due Diligence of Title, Title Search,Investigation and Document Vetting of Retail Properties, Commercial Properties, Project Finance,Legal Deviations and Perusal of title, legal, para-legal documents etc, as required by law,applicable provisions and policies, identification of defaults and recovery, training the branches onlegal aspects, document handling, operations co-ordination, technical-legal joint searches etc
- ,Hands on experience in vendor empanelment, audit and reporting, managing a team of in-houseand external legal vendors on the above activities, vendor invoicing and training of new legalassociates on the various policies, due diligence, vetting, drafting and reporting
- Co-ordination with Credit, Technical and Sales Teams for Identification of risk factors andpolicies to address the risks and mitigants of risk and process flow in accordance with guidelines
- Experience in formulating new policies and timely review and update of existing policies andSOPs with regarding to legal aspects of various products such as Home Loans, Loan againstProperty, Construction Finance, APF, Co-Lending, Segment Analysis, Post Disbursement Issues,Recoveries, and Implementation and Vertical Reporting on the same etc
- ,Legal Consultant having experience in deciding on the Security and Charge Creation andregarding various documents to be collected in originals and copies at various stages of loan suchas pre-disbursement, OTC, post disbursement, loan agreements etc
