Architectural Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Architectural Intern in Mumbai. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop their skills in architectural design.

Roles and Responsibility

• Research and field survey Art Deco buildings across Mumbai to gather information and data.
• Photo-document and research buildings using primary and secondary sources to create comprehensive reports.
• Compile documentation panels to support project requirements.
• Input metadata to digital assets for accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with restoration projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

• Good AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills are required for creating detailed designs and documents.
• An academic interest in documentation and research of modern heritage is essential, focusing on cultural preservation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with architectural software and tools is expected, and a willingness to learn new technologies and systems is necessary.
