About Us

Nyce Renos Inc. is a growing Canadian renovation and construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our remote team and ensure that daily operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all departments.
• Monitor employee productivity and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding work.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Improve and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with estimators, marketing, accounting, and project management teams.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure deadlines and company standards are consistently met.
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple people and projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or team management is preferred.
