Job Description
- We are looking for a self-motivated person who can work alongside otherspecialists at our studio
- Will form part of a multidisciplinary Architectural - Interior design team
- An aptitude for Architectural, Interior and construction drafting and believes in smart work
Responsibilities and Duties
- Creating /altering construction drawings
- Management and organization of all drawings
- Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions and site visits
- 3D development and rendering skills
- Seamlessly integrating and working with structural design consultants and contractors, toproduce and alter drawings
- Reviewing and checking drawings for errors, before sending to structural designers,contractors, project managers, etc
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills with Mac OS
- Minimum 1-years experience as a draftsman in an architectural firm
- Outstanding fluency and skill with various drafting programs
- Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension and feedback
