Architect Liaisoning

• Handle statutory approvals and liaisoning with government authorities.
• Coordinate with PMC/PCMC, PMRDA, Fire, Airport, and other departments.
• Ensure timely approvals, NOCs, CC, and OC.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with DCR, RERA, and building regulations.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of liaisoning experience in the real estate industry.
• Good knowledge of statutory approval processes and local authorities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
