Architect

The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. This role requires a creative yet practical approach to architecture, ensuring that designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and aligned with the company s real estate strategy. The Architect will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development
• Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Incorporate sustainable and green building practices into designs, where feasible.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is realized during construction.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and other architectural elements.
• Client Interaction:
• Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Present design concepts and modifications to clients and gather feedback for revisions.
• Ensure that client needs and expectations are met throughout the design and construction process.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for planning and building approvals.
• Cost Management:
• Work closely with the cost estimation team to ensure that designs are within budget constraints.
• Make design adjustments as necessary to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Innovation & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies in the real estate industry.
• Integrate new design trends and technologies into projects to enhance marketability and appeal.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular reviews of project designs and construction progress to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Address any design-related issues that arise during construction promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovative design.
