Role & responsibilities

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• Define enterprise architecture vision, target state, roadmaps, and standards aligned to business outcomes
• Lead enterprise solutioning for complex, multitower programs (AMS/AD, Cloud, Data, Integration)
• Drive architecture governance, reviews, and decision forums

Solution Architecture & Delivery Leadership (Microsoft Stack)

• Provide technical leadership on architecture and deployment best practices
• Design scalable, secure solutions using Azure and Microsoft technologies
• Develop architecture blueprints and technical documentation (HLD/LLD)
• Drive full-stack architecture (Angular + .NET) with seamless integration
• Oversee microservices architecture using .NET Core
• Guide teams on UI development and design standards (Angular)

Integration, APIs & Automation

• Lead API-first architecture and integration patterns
• Apply strong design patterns and best practices
• Drive workflow automation and identify efficiency opportunities

DevOps, Security & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
• Drive CI/CD adoption (Azure DevOps / Jenkins)
• Collaborate with PMs and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery outcomes

Data Architecture

• Architect and optimize data models using MongoDB and enterprise data platforms

Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor architecture and development teams
• Build reusable frameworks and best practices
• Influence stakeholders and drive decisions across teams

Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Enterprise Architect role
• Experience in enterprise solutioning for at least 2 large transformation programs
• Strong exposure to multi-tower delivery environments
• Proven ability to drive architecture independently and deliver outcomes

Required Skills

• Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Governance
• Microsoft Stack: .NET, Angular, Azure
• Microservices and API architecture
• DevOps: Azure DevOps / Jenkins CI/CD
• Data: MongoDB and enterprise data systems
• Automation and process improvement mindset
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication

Certifications (Preferred)

• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification
• Azure Architect certification
• Other industry-recognized certifications

Nice to Have

• Experience in Oil & Gas / Energy sector
• Prior experience with SLB or similar clients
• Exposure to pre-sales / RFP solutioning
• Experience in global, multi-shore delivery models
