• Guide the team by example.
• Help design and code highly scalable and secure systems
• Work with a performance oriented team driven by ownership and open to experiments.
• Build stable and scalable applications that are unit and integration tested.
• Understanding of CI/CD process and using Docker
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 7 (Available in less than 30 days), at least 2 years as an Architect
• B. Tech / MCA from reputed institution. Computer Science is Preferred

• Startup mentality, go getter, technology geek, preferably with product company background
• Expertise in designing end to end applications with Node.js, React JS, React Native and AWS
• Good architectural, design and code review/ mentorship skills.
• Strong coding, data structures and algorithms skills
• The ability to own end to end responsibility right from requirement to release.
• The ability to produce bug free and production grade code.

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Must have :

• Hands on expertise in Architecting and developing large scale web applications
• You are expected to have experience with building, deploying and operating SaaS products on a public cloud such as AWS.
• Experience with the operational aspects of deploying and operating in a cloud environment:
• Kubernetes, containerization, Docker CI/CD pipelines Supportability, monitoring, ops in general.
• Accurate cost models to deploy and operate
• Hands on experience in Node.js, React JS, building REST APIs, with experience/exposure to front end stack like JavaScript & React / Angular.
• Experience with Storage systems
• RDBMS, NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB), Redis/Memcache/Aerospike.
• Hand on experience in messaging tools like Kafka/AWS Kinesis etc.
• Design expertise for performance, scalability, fault tolerance and high availability
• Have previous experience in working in the fintech and payments domain.
• Knowledge of enterprise design patterns and practices
• Should know security best practices
• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to suggest to team members ways to look for root cause of problems.
• Data driven approach in evaluating success of a product and its performance.

Good to have :

• Experience in Client
• side technologies
• Knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Sumologic, DataDog/ NewRelic, Sentry etc
• Understanding of PCIDSS, ISO 27001:2015 compliance is a plus
• Experience and understanding of fintech products is a plus
• Good to have experience working with infrastructure architecture team in helping incorporate necessary support/automation required in development
• Full Stack JavaScript Development experience (JavaScript, Node / React Native /ReactJS (or) Angular ).
• Having experience on Go Lang is a plus

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

• Node.js, ReactJS. Experience building micro services (REST APIs) using Node.js
• AWS experience integrating technologies like SQS, SNS, SES, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito
• Experience with one or more RDBMS databases like MySql, PostGreSQL

• Caching technologies like : Redis, Elasticache,
