Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect with strong exposure to residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design coordination, drawing review, site coordination, documentation, and ensuring that architectural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and coordinate architectural drawings, GFC drawings, shop drawings, working drawings, and design details.

2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, structural teams, MEP teams, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.

3. Ensure architectural works are executed at site as per approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, and design intent.

4. Identify and resolve drawing-related, design-related, and site coordination issues in a timely manner.

5. Coordinate architectural requirements with structural and MEP services to avoid clashes and execution delays.

6. Monitor site progress related to architectural and finishing works and report deviations, delays, or quality concerns.

7. Review layouts, elevations, sections, faade details, finishing details, interior works, common areas, and other architectural elements.

8. Maintain proper records of drawing revisions, approvals, design changes, site instructions, and coordination documents.

9. Support the project team in technical discussions, design clarifications, inspections, and progress meetings.

10. Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Required Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.

2. Candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination and site execution support.

3. Experience in residential building projects is mandatory.

4. Experience in high-rise residential buildings, township projects, luxury housing, or large-scale residential developments will be preferred.

5. Should have sound knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, finishing works, faade works, and site coordination.

6. Should be capable of coordinating with consultants, contractors, clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

7. Must have good understanding of drawing review, design coordination, execution support, documentation, and reporting.

8. Should be willing to work at Navi Mumbai project location.
