Job Description
- Designing of SRA high rise residential building (Rehab Sale Building) as per DCPR 2034 up to 70M and above.
- Preparation of GFC drawings of the rehab building and to release drawings for execution.
- Planning and designing of high-rise residential building (Rehab Sale Building) as per DCPR 2034 up to 70M and above.
- Coordinate with various consultants such as design architect, liaison architects, structural engineers, MEP, car parking vendors etc. for smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to develop brochures and coffee table books for project launch.
- Ensure all the GFC drawings of the sale and rehab building are in line with municipal drawing.
- Preparation of GFC drawings of the rehab and sale building and to release drawings for execution.
- Review drawings from consultants and giving approval on drawings before release of drawings.
- Regular site visits to check the drawing execution as per plan.
- Coordinate with site team and PMO team if found any discrepancy.
