Architect

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and designs using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Prepare concept designs, working drawings, layouts, and specifications aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure design compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Manage the licensing and approval process for architectural projects, liaising with government authorities and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of additional design tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of building codes, bylaws, and statutory approval processes.
• Experience in tendering, BOQ preparation, and contractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong project management and documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to authority liaisoning and licensing processes is preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure, real estate, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
