Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Imperial Holiday Homes Ltd. is a leading real estate development company with a legacy of over 40 years, specializing in premium residential properties and holiday homes, with several projects located in the scenic landscapes of Uttarakhand.
We are looking for a talented Architect with 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, construction documentation, site coordination, and execution, preferably with experience in luxury residential projects.
Submission of CV and Portfolio is mandatory.
Walk-in Interview: Candidates attending the walk-in interview are requested to bring a hard copy of their updated CV.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D renders, and walkthroughs.
- Prepare tender drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress and execution.
- Ensure design intent and quality are maintained during construction.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Stay updated with building codes, zoning regulations, construction materials, and industry trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Experience in residential/luxury residential projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Lumion, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D rendering software.
- Experience in tender drawings and BOQ preparation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
