Develop conceptual and working architectural drawings for residential and commercial buildings

Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views and client design proposals

Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers

Site visits for design supervision and execution alignment

Prepare municipal drawings as per local bye-laws and handle submission formalities if required

Ensure designs align with vastu principles, client needs, and functionality

Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and detailed working drawings

Stay updated with material trends, sustainable practices, and evolving design tools

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

1-3 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply)

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; knowledge of Lumion or Revit is a plus

Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of space planning

Good communication skills and ability to handle client discussions and site coordination
