Architect

Role & responsibilities

The role involves preparation of construction drawings, coordination with internal teams, development of interior design options, GFC documentation, and site supervision to ensure adherence to design intent and TE standards.

• Prepare construction drawings, area statements, diagrams, and views at various project stages as per TE standards.

• Ensure all drawings and documentation meet internal quality benchmarks and standard detailing protocols.

• Coordinate with in-house teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP, ID, etc.) to issue drawings and documents within specified timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch.)
• 05 years of relevant experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects
• Proficiency in #REVIT is mandatory, with experience in large projects preferred
• Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
