Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and detail drawings for various projects using Revit Architecture software.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects by providing accurate estimates of time required for design development.
• Prepare presentation materials such as renderings, models, and videos to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in creating detailed architectural drawings using Revit Architecture software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas clearly.
