Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to work on diverse architectural projects from concept development to project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design abilities, technical knowledge, and the capability to collaborate effectively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Technical Development:
   • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
   • Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and design documentation.
   • Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability standards.
   • Work with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
2. Project Coordination:
   • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
   • Assist in preparing concept design presentations and BOQs (Civil and Architectural).
   • Support project planning, timelines, and documentation.
3. Site Visits Client Interaction:
   • Conduct site visits and assist in site inspections when required.
   • Participate in meetings with clients to understand project requirements.
   • Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and design intent.
4. Compliance Documentation:
   • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
   • Assist in preparing architectural plans, working drawings, and project documentation.
   • Coordinate with MEP, Structural, and other consultants during project development.
     
     

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in relavant field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methodologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating architectural design and technical capabilities.
