?       Lead the design and delivery of solutions in the agentic way ? including multi-agent pipelines, and LLM-powered workflows ? tailored to client objectives.

?       Architect integrations between agentic systems and enterprise backends (APIs, microservices, data pipelines) using Java, Scala

?       AI-Assisted Engineering

o   Apply AI to accelerate migrations, code analysis, testing, and documentation.

o   Create safe, repeatable AI workflows backed by robust validation layers.

?       Leverage AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor) and an internal agentic SDLC automation platform to accelerate development cycles across planning, coding, and deployment stages, reducing manual effort in repetitive engineering tasks.

• Working knowledge of end-to-end agentic SDLC tooling ? including DevPlan, Replit, and Lovable ? for rapid prototyping, requirement-to-code generation, and iterative product development, applying these patterns to evaluate and use the team's internal agentic automation platform effectively.

?       Hands on knowledge of CI/CD Modernization & Standardization

o   Migrate legacy Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions.

o   Build reusable workflows, templates, and standards to reduce fragmentation.

o   Improve visibility and observability across all delivery flows.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication ? ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong client-facing presentation skills ? comfortable with demos, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews
• Ability to lead technical conversations with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Software Design & Architecture

• Solid understanding of software design patterns ? SOLID, MVC, Repository, Dependency Injection
• Strong experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures
• Ability to make decisions on Architecture

DevOps & CI/CD (Working Knowledge)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines ? GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and containerisation
• Understanding of source control workflows with Git (branching, PRs, code reviews)

Agile & Delivery Practices

• Working experience in Agile development environments ? Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Comfortable participating in sprint ceremonies: planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Experience with task management tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, or equivalent

? Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications ? AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Azure Developer Associate
• Experience with serverless architectures ? AWS Lambda, Azure Functions
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code ? Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep

• Experience contributing to or leading knowledge-sharing initiatives, internal communities, or CoE activities
