Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java React Full Stack Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), Redux, Core Java, and Spring Boot, with a strong background in solution architecture, application design, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive application architecture, design standards, and best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure application quality through design reviews, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards.
• Drive innovation, technology evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), and Redux.
• Extensive experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in full-stack application architecture and design.
• Strong coding, design, and system integration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud-based deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
