Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect with extensive experience in data architecture, data pipeline ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing data products and APIs using DBX, as well as a solid understanding of data lakes, business intelligence, and data governance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust data solutions while ensuring data security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data products and APIs using DBX.
• Model data for data lakes, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.
• Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Provide expertise in business intelligence tools and practices to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in data architecture and engineering practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in data architecture with a focus on data pipeline ETL/ELT.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling for data lakes.
• Experience in developing data products and APIs using DBX.
• Expertise in data patterns, security, and governance implementation.
• Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-13 years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Relevant certifications in data management or architecture are a plus.
