Architect - Application Development & Architecture

Role & responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable backend architectures and full-stack solutions.
• Maintain active involvement in coding activities, contributing to critical projects and serving as a technical mentor to the team.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
• Successfully manage medium to large-scale development initiatives across both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Establish and continuously improve development processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Take informed architectural decisions regarding technology stack, design patterns, and development methodologies.

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 12+ years of extensive experience in backend architecture, system integration, and full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, and web development frameworks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud services and architecture patterns
• Hand s-on experience with Git Hub actions, Terraform, and other continuous integration/deployment platforms
• Proven skills in performance optimization, capacity planning, and scalability troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing complex release cycles and deployment strategies.
• Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and modern data storage solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Harness, and other continuous integration/deployment platforms
• Proficiency with Dynatrace and other application performance monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

Health Domain is prefered. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud platform certifications would be advantage
